They could have released the draft as PDFs months ago and fiddled about with the unnecessarily complicated software while everyone was arguing over the standard itself.

i don't want to have to plow through all that paper! ... where's the freakin' app!! ... let's see whether this is going to work (or maybe it just isn't)

@Tom: I'm with you. It would have been nice to have the RDA drafts back in August.

@freemoth: I was going to print off the PDFs anyway, but it would have been fun and a better test to try RDA Online. Hopefully, it will be up and running soon.
